PeopleCert is hiring a Global Business Development Director – LTE to lead the worldwide commercial expansion of the LANGUAGECERT Test of English (LTE). The role will develop global growth strategy, identify international markets, build investor, franchise, distributor and strategic partnership pipelines, negotiate commercial agreements, expand authorized partner networks, and deliver revenue and market-expansion targets. The position requires extensive international business development experience, strong commercial and stakeholder-management skills, and the ability to travel internationally; it offers flexible working arrangements and a virtual hiring process.
