Bupa Global is hiring a permanent, full-time Global Case Manager in Hong Kong for onsite work. The role manages complex medical pre-authorizations and high-value claims, interprets insurance policies and coding systems, reduces claim costs, identifies fraud or abuse, evaluates care outcomes, and triages complex cases for global case management and evacuation or repatriation. Applicants need a bachelor’s degree or higher in healthcare or a related discipline, clinical decision-making and condition-management experience, coding-system knowledge, healthcare-system knowledge, and strong communication and analytical skills; doctor or registered nurse experience is preferred, and Microsoft Word and Excel knowledge is required.
