Neo4j is hiring a temporary Global Collections Specialist to cover a Global Collections Specialist's responsibilities during parental leave. The role manages Accounts Receivable, customer and vendor billing inquiries, invoice creation and distribution, payment application and reconciliation, overdue collections, vendor onboarding, purchase-order tracking, audits, and process improvements. Candidates need fundamental accounting knowledge, at least three years of accounts receivable experience, direct customer-inquiry or billing-dispute resolution experience, and proficiency with Excel and Google Sheets; NetSuite, Salesforce, Tesorio, Stripe, and cloud-marketplace experience are desired or advantageous. The role requires availability to start on short notice and commit to the full temporary assignment.
