Description
The Global Commodity Purchasing Manager leads a cross-location and division commodity team, develops global commodity strategy, negotiates international supply and framework agreements, manages supply-chain risk, optimizes supplier portfolios, resolves capacity bottlenecks, and governs procurement decisions. The role requires a technical or commercial degree, at least 10 years of international purchasing experience in an industrial production organization, leadership of multicultural matrix teams, strong German and English skills, negotiation and presentation abilities, and willingness to travel.
