Description
The Global Compliance Associate-Ops supports eCommerce brands’ international shipping and customs compliance by handling HTS classification, resolving customs holds, maintaining duty rates, managing product rules and country-level regulations, and overseeing export customs manifests. The role requires at least one year of HTS classification and international logistics experience, data-entry project management, knowledge of duties, taxes, country of origin, and free-trade agreements, along with strong communication and cross-functional problem-solving skills.
