The Global Component Developer secures and manages the end-to-end component development process for H&M Group, including risk assessment, quality, supplier selection, sustainability, material sourcing, seasonal material-library development, and full material booking. The role requires strong technical knowledge of sustainable standards and components, global pricing and market knowledge, negotiation skills, problem-solving, collaboration with Buying and Production stakeholders, and informal leadership.
