The role leads the introduction of a new contract management system, designs a global contract lifecycle process, reviews contracts from legal and commercial perspectives, manages compliance and risk governance, and advises international specialist departments. Candidates need a master’s degree in business law or business administration/economics with a legal focus, professional contract management experience in an internationally operating industrial company, strong knowledge of contract law and commercial relationships, project experience, and fluent German and English.
