Customer.io is hiring a Global Controller to lead its accounting close, general ledger, revenue accounting, AP/AR, payroll, treasury, external audit, and accounting-systems roadmap. The role manages and grows a team of approximately seven people, partners with senior stakeholders across the company, and is responsible for US GAAP financial reporting, ASC 606 and ASC 718 accounting, audit readiness, and automation. Candidates need at least 10 years of progressive accounting experience, a Big 4 or equivalent public-accounting foundation, strong US GAAP and subscription-revenue expertise, and experience scaling an accounting function. The role is remote-first and offers a starting salary of $250,000 to $280,000 USD, with medical, dental, vision, and other benefits.
