Description
PharmaLogic is hiring a Global Controller to lead a team of approximately 20 employees and oversee global accounting, financial reporting, internal controls, audits, tax compliance, cash management, banking, consolidations, and accounting systems. Reporting to the CFO, the role partners with senior leadership on financial strategy, budgets, forecasts, M&A, and exit-readiness, while managing external auditors and tax advisors. The position is remote, preferably based in the Massachusetts area, with some travel for meetings and site visits. A bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance, CPA or equivalent certification, and 15–20 years of accounting and finance experience, including at least 8 years in global finance leadership, are required.
