Description
Boston Consulting Group is seeking a Global Cybersecurity Manager – Governance & Compliance to lead the strategy, execution, and continuous evolution of its global cybersecurity governance, compliance, and certification program. The role owns external security certifications, partners with Engineering, Product, Infrastructure, Legal, Privacy, Risk, and business teams, and modernizes governance through automation and continuous compliance. It requires 5–8+ years of relevant cybersecurity, GRC, security assurance, compliance, risk management, or IT audit experience, including enterprise certification leadership, and is generally expected to be performed from a BCG office or in person with clients approximately 50% of the time.
