BCG is hiring a Learning Data Steward to develop and implement an enterprise-wide data governance strategy for its Learning data domain. The role will define the strategy and roadmap, establish data quality and governance policies, coordinate with HR, Data, HR Technology, IT, and other business teams, and support the Learning Transformation project before transitioning to ongoing governance. The position requires a bachelor’s or higher degree in a relevant field, 5+ years of data-related or project experience, and 8+ years of Data Governance experience, preferably in Learning or HR data.
