Compass Group, in partnership with Rapport Guest Services, is hiring a Global Director of Operations to lead and transform reception and conference services across 14 locations in the United States, India, and the United Kingdom. The role sets global service strategy, leads international managers and front-line professionals, advises senior client stakeholders, owns operational and financial performance, and drives innovation and growth. The position is based in New York City with global oversight and offers a salary of $160,000–$180,000 per year plus bonus compensation.
