Amgen is hiring a Global Distribution Strategy Manager to lead and scale operational support across global distribution strategy, serialization, supply chain security, analytics, and digital enablement. The role oversees dashboards, KPI reporting, process standardization, financial tracking, digital transformation projects, operational performance, governance, and executive reporting, while building a high-performing AIN operational support team. It requires a bachelor’s or master’s degree in logistics, supply chain, business administration, or life sciences, plus at least five years of managerial experience leading hiring, staff development, and people. Biopharmaceutical supply chain, serialization, supply chain security, analytical, digital transformation, and stakeholder management experience are preferred.
