Description
The Global EHS Director provides strategic and operational leadership for environmental, health, and safety across Repligen’s global manufacturing and business locations. The role owns the global EHS management system, regulatory compliance, risk management, audits, incident investigation, emergency preparedness, training, contractor and vendor programs, and continuous improvement, while partnering with executive, site, engineering, facilities, HR, ESG, and operations leadership. The position requires a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, professional EHS certification, deep knowledge of OSHA, EPA, and international regulations, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 expertise, and at least 10 years of progressive EHS leadership experience in manufacturing. The role is based in the United States with an estimated salary of $150,000-$230,000 and requires travel to up to 30% of global manufacturing locations.
