Description
Micron is seeking a senior construction EHS leader to provide strategic direction and technical guidance for safety, environmental, and health programs across complex construction programs. The role leads EHS program development, contractor and equipment installation safety, compliance audits, incident investigations, risk assessments, regulatory reporting, and corrective-action tracking; coaches engineers and technicians; and partners with internal and contractor stakeholders. It requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience, at least 15 years of construction EHS leadership experience, extensive multi-country project experience, and strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder-management skills. The role also requires baseline digital fluency and role-appropriate AI literacy.
