The role leads construction environmental, health, and safety programs across complex, multinational projects. Responsibilities include developing and monitoring EHS standards, managing contractors and high-risk work, conducting compliance audits and incident investigations, analyzing safety performance data, coordinating with stakeholders and contractors, and mentoring engineers and technicians. The position requires a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience, at least 15 years of construction EHS leadership experience, extensive knowledge of EHS regulations and management systems, and strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder-management skills. AI-enabled tools may be used to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
