Description
Flex is hiring a Global Engineering Change Manager to lead engineering change projects across its global organization, manage multiple projects, monitor schedules and budgets, maintain project documentation, report KPIs, and drive continuous improvement through Kaizen, Lean, and Six Sigma practices. The role reports to the Senior Director – Global Engineering and is based in one of Flex’s EMEA locations: United Kingdom, Poland, or Ireland. Candidates need at least four years of engineering or change-management experience, proficiency in English, technical and people-management skills, and familiarity with Microsoft Office and JIRA; a bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field is desirable, as is Lean or Six Sigma experience.
