Description
The role leads and manages the planning process for a new construction project, establishing objectives, scope, deliverables, schedules, budgets, and resource allocations while coordinating stakeholders and project teams. Responsibilities include preparing space, cost, schedule, and long-term plan reports, evaluating project data, and ensuring timely delivery. The position requires a bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field, at least three years of project management experience, construction project-management software and Microsoft Project knowledge, and experience with large-scale construction projects, preferably in semiconductor-fab or related facilities.
