Description
BCG is hiring a Global Finance Data Governance Senior Manager to strengthen the integrity, reliability, and availability of its global finance data. The role will lead scalable data quality standards, KPIs, scorecards, root-cause remediation, and AI-ready data practices across global, regional, and local finance teams, while partnering with data owners, stewards, product, technology, and AI teams. The position requires at least eight years of relevant experience, including hands-on data quality or data management work, and experience with AI/ML, modern data technologies, and scalable data quality practices. The role is generally expected to be performed from a BCG office or in person with clients approximately 50% of the time.
