Balt is hiring a Global Finance Systems & Data Governance Analyst to administer and improve finance systems, validate financial data, maintain master data, support system upgrades and user training, and coordinate cross-functional finance technology initiatives. The role requires a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and 3–5 years of experience supporting finance systems, FP&A, business systems, or financial reporting, along with experience in global organizations and cross-functional collaboration. The position involves extensive computer use, light lifting, and 15–20% domestic and international travel, with a pay range of $120,000–$130,000 USD.
