Arconic is hiring a Global General Ledger Manager to lead the Global General Ledger and Global Intercompany functions for its Resource Unit teams in Székesfehérvár, Hungary. The role owns financial controls, SOX compliance, month-end and year-end close operations, reconciliations, process standardization, automation, digital transformation, outsourced provider governance, and the development of finance SMEs and team members. It requires a bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business administration, or a related field, at least seven years of financial experience, English proficiency, and strong analytical, problem-solving, and collaboration skills; a master's degree, significant management experience, business controls expertise, and Hungarian Certified Accountant qualifications are preferred.
