O-I is hiring a Grants & Incentives Manager to lead the development, execution, governance, and compliance of its global grants and incentives process. The role identifies funding opportunities, evaluates eligibility and business cases, leads applications and negotiations, manages awarded benefits and compliance, oversees cross-functional and cross-regional workstreams, and reports portfolio performance to leadership. The position requires a bachelor’s degree and 5–8 years of progressive experience in grants, incentives, tax credits, public funding, economic development, finance, accounting, government affairs, or a related field, with a salary range of $140,000–$170,000 plus a 15% STI.
