State Street is hiring a Global Head of Technical Implementation Services to oversee the delivery and implementation of the Charles River Investment Management Solution globally. The role manages technical practice managers, senior implementation managers, implementation managers, and consultants; hires and develops staff; drives revenue and utilization targets; leads project reviews and client-facing implementation activities; coordinates with Sales, R&D, and other internal divisions; and sets technical direction, including AI adoption. The position requires a relevant BA/MS degree, financial-systems implementation experience, portfolio-management experience, experience managing 10+ consultants, and at least 10 years of experience. The stated salary range is $170,000 to $252,500 annually, with medical, dental, vision, retirement, paid time off, and other benefits.
