Description
Dust is hiring a Global Head of Solutions Engineering to build and lead its technical customer-facing organization across pre-sales and post-sales. The role will define the global strategy, operating model, team structure, hiring, performance, and resource allocation systems; scale the function across Paris, New York, San Francisco, and London; and improve technical win rates, enterprise evaluation outcomes, adoption, and expansion. The position requires experience building or transforming a comparable customer-facing technical function, recruiting technical talent across regions, owning complex enterprise opportunities, and combining enterprise architecture, integrations, security, governance, and AI expertise with strong business judgment. Compensation is $275,000–$350,000 OTE, with equity, relocation support, health insurance, and an office-first culture.
