Quadient is hiring a Global HR Partner to support Digital Americas, Sales & Operations, and Global RevOps. The role partners with executive leaders on workforce planning, organization design, performance, leadership, talent, rewards, succession, and commercial enablement; leads the people agenda for Americas go-to-market transformation and global RevOps maturity; and orchestrates HR capabilities including talent acquisition, total rewards, learning and development, people analytics, and AI-enabled automation. The position requires 10–15+ years of HR experience, including senior HR Partner or HR leadership experience in global, matrixed environments, along with commercial or revenue-driven organization experience and strong business and financial acumen.
