KRAFTON is hiring a Global HR Planning Specialist to provide end-to-end operational support for overseas assignees, including assignment contracts, visas, relocation, local settlement, benefits, taxes, social insurance, cross-border HR matters, headcount management, and overseas hiring coordination. The role requires a bachelor’s degree or higher, at least three years of HR or related experience at an MNC, Microsoft Office and AI proficiency, business-level English, and cross-functional collaboration. It is a one-year contract position based at Yeoksam Centerfield East Tower, with a five-month probationary period and no conversion to permanent employment.
