BCG is hiring a Delhi HR Shared Services Director to lead and develop its HR Shared Services India team, oversee employee lifecycle service delivery, drive shared-services transitions, and establish governance, quality, risk, and performance controls. The role combines operational leadership with strategic HR and business partnership, stakeholder management, workforce planning, and capability development. It requires a bachelor’s or master’s degree in a relevant field, 12+ years of progressively responsible experience, global team leadership experience, and familiarity with HR technologies such as Workday and ServiceNow. The role is generally expected to be performed from a BCG office or in person with clients approximately 50% of the time.
