BCG is hiring a Global HR Shared Services Center Manager to lead a mid-sized team and oversee HR operational processes across the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, offboarding, data updates, service delivery, compliance, audits, Workday and case-management systems, and continuous improvement. The role requires a bachelor’s or master’s degree in a relevant field, at least 8 years of HR operations or shared-services experience, and at least 3 years managing a team. The position generally requires working from a BCG office or in person with clients approximately 50% of the time.
