Albemarle is seeking a Project Manager - Global HR Systems to lead end-to-end implementations and optimizations of HR solutions globally. This hybrid role involves defining project objectives, managing budgets, mitigating risks, and ensuring regulatory compliance with SOX, GDPR, and country-specific laws. The manager will also integrate global payroll solutions with various HRIS and ERP platforms, coordinate data migrations, and implement change management strategies to drive adoption of new systems.
