WD is hiring a Global Incentive Program Manager for its Total Rewards team to own the strategy, design, administration, governance, compliance, and execution of short-term and long-term incentive programs and company-wide employee recognition programs. The role partners with compensation, finance, HRIS, people analytics, internal communications, and HR; manages Workday and recognition-platform requirements; analyzes program performance and costs; and explores AI and automation tools. Candidates need at least seven years of progressive compensation experience in a large corporate environment, end-to-end incentive-program ownership, advanced Excel and compensation-dashboard skills, Workday or comparable HRIS proficiency, and strong project management skills.
