Snap Inc. is hiring a Global Industry Lead, Healthcare to define and scale augmented reality glasses strategy for healthcare customers worldwide. The individual contributor will own global industry strategy, go-to-market plans, customer and industry engagements, partner ecosystems, repeatable use cases and offerings, pipeline development, enterprise sales cycles, customer enablement, thought leadership, and demand generation. The role requires at least 10 years of healthcare industry leadership experience across strategy, business development, sales, partnerships, or go-to-market activities, along with experience in industrial technology, enterprise software, spatial computing, XR, AR, or adjacent fields. The position follows a default-together policy requiring office attendance four or more days per week, with base salary ranging from $162,000 to $284,000 annually depending on the work location, plus equity.
