SPECS is hiring a Global Industry Lead, Retail to define and scale augmented reality glasses adoption across the retail industry. This manager-level individual contributor will own global retail strategy, retail workflows, partner ecosystems, customer enablement, enterprise sales motions, and thought leadership, while working with product, engineering, sales, marketing, and partner teams. The role requires at least 10 years of relevant experience, global travel, and office attendance of at least four days per week, with base salary ranging from $162,000 to $284,000 annually depending on the pay zone.
