Description
The Global Information Risk & Governance Analyst will manage the end-to-end risk management program and policy lifecycle, including risk assessments, remediation tracking, risk prioritization, data analysis, process optimization, regulatory compliance, policy exceptions, attestation, and KRI/KPI monitoring. The role partners with risk owners across Mars businesses, supports risk remediation, and prepares insights for the Risk Director and senior executive teams. It is an individual-contributor role within a global team and requires a bachelor’s degree in information security, IT, or a similar field, or equivalent experience, along with GRC or IT risk experience and familiarity with frameworks such as NIST Cybersecurity Framework.
