BCG is hiring an Engineering Manager for its CT GenAI Portfolio to lead enterprise GenAI platform delivery. The role owns integration architecture, release governance, vendor and security management, stakeholder collaboration, documentation, and L2/L3 engineering support. It requires a bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, or a related field, plus 7+ years of experience in enterprise platform engineering, technical program management, or integration architecture. The position is generally expected to be based in a BCG office or in person with clients approximately 50% of the time.
