Description
BCG is hiring a Business Analyst to build a custom data product in Snowflake for its LEAP Learning platform, then transition to the Learning squad. The role covers requirements analysis, user stories, acceptance criteria, functional and integration testing, release readiness, stakeholder communication, risk management, and support requests. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree, 5–8 years of business or systems analysis experience, learning or HR application experience, Snowflake and API knowledge, and strong Agile experience. The role generally requires working from a BCG office or in person with clients around 50% of the time.
