BCG is hiring a Global IT Platform Engineer Manager to lead AI enablement and developer-platform initiatives for its engineering teams. The role focuses on Generative AI solutions, GitHub Enterprise, JFrog Artifactory, Gurobi, Windows and Linux platform administration, security, automation, and self-service capabilities. The manager will resolve escalated technical challenges, evaluate emerging technologies, partner with engineering, infrastructure, and business teams, and transfer knowledge through documentation, training, and mentoring. The position generally requires working from a BCG office or in person with clients approximately 50% of the time.
