Description
BCG is hiring an IT Strategy Director to define, maintain, and govern the firm’s overall IT strategy and develop sub-strategies across digital, technology, talent, cost, and other strategic topics. The role partners with the CIO, CTO, CISO, Head of Architecture, and other senior leaders to set a three- to five-year direction, translate complex problems into persuasive arguments and PowerPoint materials, and drive prioritization, funding, and resource decisions. Candidates need at least 12 years of experience in IT or digital organizations, with a significant portion focused on strategy, along with experience in matrixed organizations, autonomous strategic leadership, and senior-level presentations.
