Description
The Global IT Services Program Manager serves as the single point of accountability for a global IT services workforce supporting U.S. Army Transportation Command C4ISR and distribution operations. The role owns cost, schedule, quality, staffing, contractor management, reporting, risk, phase transitions, and Section 508 compliance, with oversight of all CONUS and OCONUS sites from Scott Air Force Base, Illinois. It requires at least 8 years of program or project management experience leading comparable DoD or federal IT services efforts, recommended PMP or relevant degree, ITIL or ISO 9001 familiarity, and a Secret clearance.
