Description
BCG is hiring a hands-on Solution Architect to design, build, and deliver GenAI and agent-based technical solutions across business areas. The role covers GenAI copilots, workflow automation, knowledge assistants, agent orchestration, MCP ecosystems, cloud and application architecture, security, reliability, scalability, and production operations. The architect will coordinate solution and technical leads, provide technical oversight, conduct feasibility studies and architecture reviews, and collaborate with enterprise architects, engineers, business teams, and external partners. The position requires a Master’s degree in Computer Science, 14 years of work experience, 10 years designing and implementing business-critical applications in multi-region environments, and 1 year of deep exposure to LLM-based business applications.
