Ipsen Biopharm Ltd is hiring a Global Knowledge Transfer Associate Director to lead and deliver scientific training for its global medical community and support the development of the Global Medical Asset strategy. The role covers onboarding, certification, therapeutic-area training, new-data releases, blended learning, learning culture, compliance, and collaboration with affiliate medical teams and broader learning and development functions. It requires a degree-level education, extensive medical affairs and scientific training experience, pharmaceutical project management experience including Veeva Systems, strong communication and leadership skills, and fluency in English.
