BCG is hiring an interim Director to lead enterprise-wide Learning Analytics and the data workstream for its LMS transformation. The role owns the analytics strategy, KPIs, dashboards, data quality, analytics requests, and relationships with People Analytics and global learning teams, while ensuring a smooth handover during a maternity leave. It requires a bachelor's degree, at least eight years of relevant experience in learning or people analytics or management consulting, strong executive communication, and experience with learning systems and data visualization tools.
