Description
BCG is hiring a Global Learning & Development Operations Manager to lead a team of operations professionals and manage scalable learning processes across regions and cohorts. The role oversees LMS operations and the learner lifecycle, resource allocation, capacity planning, SLA and KPI performance, data accuracy, system and workflow improvements, operational escalations, and team development. Candidates need at least six years of relevant experience in L&D operations, systems, program management, or service environments, along with strong stakeholder, organizational, and continuous-improvement capabilities. The role is generally expected to be performed from a BCG office or in person with clients approximately 50% of the time.
