Description
The Global Lead for HR Operations will design and implement a global HR Operations target operating model and service delivery framework, with initial focus on leading the TSA Exit Program across HR Administration, Payroll, Time Management, and related services. The role will manage the transition of HR and payroll services, consolidate payroll vendors, harmonize HR systems, standardize processes, establish governance, and lead an international team while applying SAP SuccessFactors, ServiceNow, AI solutions, and continuous improvement. The position requires at least 10 years of global HR Operations, Payroll, and HR Transformation experience, including leadership of international teams, and offers base salaries of 98,000–122,500 EUR per year gross for AT and 95,000–125,000 EUR per year gross for NL, plus a company car for AT and other benefits.
