Description
Hilti is recruiting participants for its two-year Global Management Development Program - Outperformer Business Track, a 24-month graduate program rotating through sales, project, regional, and international assignments. Participants will work in the sales organization, on strategic projects in their home organization, in Kaufering, Germany, and outside Central Europe, with mentorship and leadership development. The program targets graduates from the 2024–2026 class years, requires a master’s degree or MBA, fluent English and German, at least six months of international experience, and a car driver’s license.
