Description
Hunter Douglas is hiring candidates for its 10-month Global Management Trainee Program, a leadership development experience that includes onboarding, global induction, five months of field training across sales, supply, logistics, product, and customer service, leadership and methodology training, and a four-month individual project. Trainees will work on-site at major locations, collaborate with leaders and peers, and receive a full-time placement in sales, operations, product, or a functional area upon program completion. Candidates must have an expected graduation date of December 2026, demonstrated leadership through extracurricular or volunteer activities, and be fully mobile and willing to work in diverse environments.
