Description
Hunter Douglas is recruiting candidates for its 10-month Global Management Trainee Program, a leadership development experience that includes onboarding, global induction, five months of field training across sales, supply, logistics, product, and customer service, leadership and methodology training, and a four-month individual project. Trainees will work on-site at major locations, collaborate with leaders and peers, and complete a capstone presentation before placement into a full-time role in sales, operations, product, or a functional area. Candidates must have an expected graduation date of December 2026, demonstrated leadership through extracurricular or volunteer activities, and be fully mobile and willing to work in diverse environments.
