Description
The Hunter Douglas Global Management Trainee Program is a 10-month leadership development program for future leaders in Sales, Operations, Product, or Functional areas. Trainees receive onboarding, field training across the company’s value chain, leadership and methodology training, a four-month individual project, and a capstone presentation before placement in a full-time role. The program requires relocation to Atlanta, Broomfield, or Irvine, hybrid work with full mobility, and an anticipated graduation date no later than June 2027. Compensation includes an annual base salary of $80,000, a sign-on/relocation bonus, a 20% bonus target, and medical, dental, vision, life, and disability benefits.
