ABB Robotics is hiring a Global Manager – Service Processes & Tools to lead a global team of Process Owners and Process Experts and harmonize, standardize, and continuously improve service and lifecycle management processes. The role owns end-to-end process design, metrics, digital-service alignment, customer-centric process improvements, global deployment and change management, and HSE requirements. Candidates should have an engineering, computer science, or business administration degree, 5–10 years of leadership experience, 15–20 years of total work experience, and proven experience in service business and global transformation programs. The position is open across Europe, with a preference for candidates near an ABB Robotics location, and applications were accepted until October 12.
