Description
The Global Material Review/Content Project Manager oversees medical and regulatory content review and approval processes, including promotional materials, brand plans, digital and interactive content, and affiliate processes. The role facilitates cross-functional and global review meetings, manages timelines and escalations, coordinates with suppliers and agencies, maintains Veeva Vault PromoMats and other content systems, supports MLR audits and process improvement, and provides training to internal and external clients. It requires strong planning, organizational, cross-functional, and project-management skills, along with three to five years of professional experience; content management, MRL review, Six Sigma, or PMP experience is a bonus.
