United Airlines is hiring an internship for its Global Network & Alliances team, with interns completing a project in one of the team’s areas—Network Planning, Scheduling, Alliances, Strategy & Analytics, or United Express—while receiving training and networking opportunities across the team. The role is hybrid, combining work in the Chicago office with remote work, and requires a current bachelor’s or master’s degree, analytical and communication skills, Microsoft Office proficiency, and U.S. work authorization. Preferred qualifications include an analytical or quantitative major, network planning knowledge, SQL, Python, R, VBA, or SAS, Power BI, Tableau, or Palantir Foundry experience, a planned graduation date between December 2027 and July 2028, and generative AI proficiency. The starting rate is $20.00 per hour, with possible bonus or long-term incentive compensation and medical, dental, vision, and other benefits.
